Proforma Invoice based on Quantity to Ship *

From version 22.0.202331.70393, it is possible to print a Proforma Invoice based on Quantity to ship, and not the total Sales Order. * This requires the Shipping Manager App from Abakion ( minimum v.  22.0.202331.70398) 

Under Shipping Manager Setup, in Detailed App Setup, the feature Show Weight and Volume, should to be enabled. 

How to add the setup

When Shipping Manager is enabled and the feature Show Weight and Volume is enabled, there will be added a new action in Document Customizer. Go to Actions- Add setup for new document types and select Proforma Invoice on Ship Quantity. 

If you have not already added the setup for Customs Tariff this will also be added to your setup, as there are some templates that are the same. 

A new report template have now been added to your setup. 

Select this in the print dialog, when you want to print a Proforma Invoice only based on Quantity to ship, and not the full Sales Order.

You can edit the template to your needs and add Customs tariff section, if you want this in your document as well.
