Show Pictures on Sales Document Lines

On the Sales Order, Sales Quote and the Posted Sales Invoice, it is possible to show the Item picture on the sales lines. 

Picture is added to the Item on the Item card. 

 

Configuration in Document Customizer

In Columns for the report, make width be 75 pt, and mark that this column is a Picture Column- else a identification text of the picture will be shown. 

It is only possible to have one picture column.  

Make a new template for the content setup, by writing a new name in Setup column 

Open the column setup, and select No i field and link to the Item card ( 27) in Using table and to the picture (92) in Using field. 

Now print you document, and see the picture on the line. 

Show Picture in Master Data Matrix Document. 

If you also have the Master Data Information App installed, you can also print pictures out the Matrix document. We have even made a report template which already includes picture, and can be used as a Item Catalog.
