Weight calculation on Documents

Precondition

On Abakion App Management, sub-page Abakion Feature Management, you need to enable the Feature Code "Show Weight and Volume"
Remember to set up the item unit of measure weight, before generating your Sales Order & Warehouse Shipment

Here the example are made on Warehouse Shipment, but the sames goes for the Sales Order and other documents that support the Calculated weight and volume. 

Open your Document. 

On the (open) Warehouse Shipment the measurements are blank, this guide will go through how to make the calculation on the (open) Warehouse Shipment header.

On the lines

We have Qty. and Qty. to ship.

• The "Qty. to ship" determine the fields: Ship Net Weight, Ship Gross Weight, and Ship Volume
  (so if there is no value entered in Qty. to ship these fields will not be calculated)
• The "Qty." determine the fields: Line Net Weight, Line Gross Weight, and Line Volume
  (so if there is no value entered in Qty. to ship these fields will not be calculated)

To Calculate Document Measurements 
Go to the ribbon, and click on "Shipment" - "Calculate Weight" and the weight will show on the right hand side, in the section Measurements.

• The "Qty. to ship" determine the fields: Ship Net Weight, Ship Gross Weight, and Ship Volume
  (so if there is no value entered in Qty. to ship these fields will not be calculated)
• The "Qty." determine the fields: Total Net Weight, Total Gross Weight, and Total Volume
  (so if there is no value entered in Qty. to ship these fields will not be calculated)
