New Feature  

Option in relation to a parameter with the following options: "Regulate on Price" or "Regulate on Quantity" (default value)

If the parameter is set to "Regulate on Quantity" it must do as today (Keep full price for the period but at a lower quantity)

If the parameter is set to "Regulate on Price", it must keep the number fixed, but adjust the unit price down

  
Bug Fixed   If multiple subscriptions are collected on a single invoice, and the subscriptions use Bill-to Customers that differ from Sell-to Customers , the Sell-to and Ship-to information on the created invoice will be filled in from the Bill-to Customer from the subscriptions.

Separate Subscription Period Date from Next Invoicing date on Subscription Lines:

A new field “Period Start Date” is added to the subscription Line. The field contains the Start Date of the next Subscription Period to be invoiced independent of when the Subscription Period is due for invoicing.

Separate Subscription Period Length from Invoicing Frequency on Subscription Lines:

A new dateformula “Subscription Period Length” is added to the subscription Line. The field contains the date formula used to determine the Start Date of the next Subscription Period to be invoiced independent of when the Subscription Period is due for invoicing. A monthly subscription can thus be invoiced for several subscription periods.

New field to easier identify active Subscription Lines.

A new checkbox “Completely Invoiced” is added to the subscription Line. The field is set to true when a subscription has an Ending Date, and the last subscription period leading to this end date has been invoiced.

New field to distinguish between recurring Subscription Lines and one time fees or services.

A new checkbox “Subscription Single-Use Invoicing Item” is added to the subscription Line. The field is set to true if the line should only be invoiced once, as for example an installation service or a starting fee. Single Instance lines will be marked as “Completely Invoiced” the first time an invoice is created.

A new checkbox field “Subscription Single-Use Invoicing Item” is added to the Item Card Line. The value in the field defaults to the equivalent field on the Subscription Line when the item is specified on the subscription Line

A new Dateformula field “Default Subscription Period Length” is added to the Item Card. The value in the field defaults to the equivalent field on the Subscription Line when the item is specified on the subscription Line.

New field on Item Card to specify Notice Period.

A new Dateformula “Notice Period” is added to the Item card. The value in the field it used to determine if an ending date on the Subscription Line is valid. If the Notice period is 6 months (6M) then the ending date must be at least 6 months after the Subscription Starting date.

  
Redesign  

Along with the new features, the code that creates invoices from subscription is restructured.

The restructuring should make it easier for Partners to debug and understand the functionality if Custom Extensions are developed on top of the subscription. The restructuring also carves the path for further improvements in the Subscription Management App.

Integration Events added.

Several Integration Events has been added to the Create Invoice Report. This makes it possible for customer extensions to extend the functionality in Subscription Management. The Integration Events are:
