Attach PDF to an Electronic Invoice in Electronic Invoicing with Sproom

In Sproom Service setup you will find 2 setup options

 

1. Enable Attachments

   • If this is activated attaches the file that is attached to documents (general setup for all submissions (can be turned on for the individual document during the creation of electronic invoice see screendump further down)
     
     

2. Include Invoice as PDF

   • If activated, it prints the first document as pdf and attaches to the electronic invoice (can be turned on for the individual document during the creation of electronic invoice see (screendump further down)

   • It inherits setup from "Sproom Service Settings" If activated attaches the file that is attached to documents.

2. Include Invoice as PDF

   • It inherits setup from "Sproom Service Settings" If activated, it first prints the first document as pdf and attaches to the electronic invoice
