Language Control Master Data Information Files

It is now possible to language control Master Data Information files on items

Add files to the different languages for the given Information Code on the Item

Depending on the Language Code on the document (inherited from the Customer/Vendor) the specific file is now added to the Master Data on Documents which can be attached when sending e-mails

Add Mark for full Item Hierarchy

Select an item with a Production BOM added to the item and click the Add Mark to Items in Hierarchy

This will filter the Item List based on the BOM structure for the item

Now this filter can be used e.g. in the Planning Worksheet to only plan on these items

Caption of Master Data Fields must be inherited to the Filter pane

Captions from the Specification on Pages is now shown in the filter pane

Prevent creation Style Variant if no Master is created

Possibility to show the field Entry No. on the Logical Dependencies page

Entry No can now be added to the Logical Information Value Dependencies page

When inserting a new Information Code on a document line, the setup from the Master Data on Document Content must be inherited

If an Information Code hasn’t been added to the Master Data (Customer, Vendor, Item) when creating a new Document, but the Information Code is added manually, the setup from the Master Data on Documents Content is inherited or if no specific setup has been made for the given Information Code, then the setup from the Master Data on Documents Template is inherited

Don't show lookup possibility for fields with no lookup values

If an Information Code is setup in the Specification on Pages to not use lookup values, the lookup possibility is now removed for these fields

Allow Multiple Values on Specification on Pages has been enhanced

To prevent users from setting up the same Information Code on Specification on Pages incorrectly, some validation and rules have been implemented. This only applies to Information Code where Allow Multiple Information Values are set to TRUE

It's possible to add and show the same Information Code multiple times on the entity. Depending on the chosen value in Master Data Field Type some validation have been added

If Master Data Field Type = Information Value, no Information Value must be chosen
If Master Data Field Type = Value or Description, Information Value must be chosen
