Special Prices

As a supplement to the automatic retrieval of sales prices from the Sales Price- or Rental Price setup, depending on the Price Model that has been chosen, it is possible to define a special sales unit price for each individual sales line.

This is done in the field “Rental Special Base Unit Price”. When a value is stated in the field, the system will use this as the Base Price when calculating the Invoicing Plan.

The field has been formatted to highlight values as red + italics to provide better overview of which lines have a special setup.

If the field is blank, no special price has been defined, and the system will use the normal price retrieval logic. To allow actively stating a special price of zero, the field has been designed to toggle between showing blank and zero when zero/blank is entered into the field.
