How to Enable Integration Between Item Attributes and Master Data Information to be able to AI to generate Marketing Text

🤖 You can now use AI to automatically generate marketing text for your items—based on structured data from Item Attributes and Master Data Information.

To make this work, you need to set up the integration between these two data sources.

✅ Step 1: Turn On the Feature

1. Go to Abakion Feature Management.
2. Find the feature called “Item Attribute Integration”.
3. Enable it by checking the box.

This unlocks the ability to link Item Attributes with Master Data Information, which is required for AI-generated marketing content on specifications.

⚙️ Step 2: Set Up Item Attributes

Before you can use the integration, make sure your Item Attributes are properly defined:

• Go to the Item Attributes page.
• Create and assign relevant attributes to your items (e.g., Color, Material, Size which relates to your specifications).
• Ensure each attribute has meaningful values that can be used in marketing descriptions.

📝 Note: The AI can only generate useful marketing text if the attributes are well-structured and descriptive.

🔗 Step 3: Configure Integration with Master Data Information

1. Open the Information Code List page.
2. Identify the Information Codes used for Items (Filter on Table Name = Item).
3. For each relevant Information Code, choose how it should integrate with Item Attributes:
   • (Empty) – No integration.
   • Description – Uses the Description field from Master Data Information.
   • Information Value – Uses the Information Value field.
   • Value – Uses the Value field.
4. When done configuration the setup use the “Synchronize With Attributes” action on the Information Code to update values

🔄 Step 4: Enable Continuous Synchronization (Optional)

If you want real-time updates between Item Attributes and Master Data Information:

• Enable the “Continuous Item Attribute Integration” option.
• This ensures that any change in one system is reflected in the other automatically.

  ⚠️ Important:
  Deleting an Item Attribute from an item will also delete the linked specification.
  Please make sure this is intentional before removing any attributes.

If you prefer manual control:

• Use the “Synchronize With Attributes” action on the Information Code to update values as needed.

✨ Step 5: Use AI to Generate Marketing Text

Once the integration is in place:

• Navigate to the AI Marketing Text feature (available on the item card).
• The AI will use the mapped Item Attributes and Master Data Information to generate rich, descriptive marketing content for your items.

This is especially useful for e-commerce, catalogs, and product listings—saving time and ensuring consistency.
