Users can tailor attachment behavior for outgoing emails based on their specific requirements on customer or vendor level or overall. Whether it’s including predefined attachments or additional ones related to master data information, the system provides flexibility to meet different use cases.
When you activate this feature: Your existing Document Handling Sending Profile Records will be updated. If your email templates are set to “Automatically add files from Master Data on Documents,” this setting will be transferred to the Document Handling Sending profile records. This allows you to control this behavior at the Customer or Vendor level.
