Setup your Connector

Activate

After installing the Connector in Business Central you need to activate it via the Wizard popping up.

Prerequisites

Power Automate in Microsoft Business Central need to be activated - see this guide.

DataVerse Connection Setup from Microsoft should be setup - see this guide.

Setup

1. Go to Connector List and create a new Connector and choose type "YourGLS Connector"
2. You need to get your BC Client ID and BC Client Secret: Follow this guide to create you ID
3. Insert URL into SendWayBill field
4. SyncWayBill check the box
5. YourGLS Username (the same you use for login)
6. YourGLS Password (the same you use for login)
7. Contact ID And Customer ID ( you will find this information under senderadminstraion in yourgls account)

To Setup the different Shipping Agents click Connector Shipping AgentId - fill out the information External Shipping Agent Id og External Shipping Agent Service Code

Fill out the Shipping Manager Setup default values if necessary:

Enable the Connector

To be able to to send data to the Your GLS system you need to set up your Connector in the Connector List.

Activate the connector under shipping manager setup
