Feature
Before you can send the Waybill you need to make sure some field are field out like:

Delivery Manager
-
Shipping Agent Code
-
Shipping Agent Service Code
-
Ship-To Name
-
Sender Name
-
Waybill Lines should be existing
In case you are missing one of them you will get following errors:
Receiver name in this case
Package line is missing:
Daily Use:
Create sales order:
Create warehouse shipment
Create waybill and associated packages (Note your waybill number)'
Post your shipment: Here, your waybill lines should be closed and sent
ALT+Q: Search for waybill list: Look for your waybill. Double-check that your waybill has been sent correctly and the status is 'Successfully Sent.
