Not all fields on an order are send between Intercompany Partners in the Intercompany App, and there might be some fields
that you would like to have included or you have some custom fields.
With this functionality it is possible to set up additional 10 specific fields to have send with the intercompany transactions.
NOTE:
The setup is done in both companies for each Intercompany Partner. Any changes made to the field on the order after
released to the corresponding intercompany company will not be updated and needs to be done manually.

Setting up fields |
Here you setup the fields.
Direction: Can be Outgoing or Incoming. In the
Sales Company this is set to Outgoing, in the
Supply to Incoming
Document Type: It is currently only Orders
that is possible to choose.
Record Type: The Table possible to choose
fields from: Sales Header, Sales Line,
Purchase Header or Purchase Line
Custom Field No: Specifies the number of the
custom field. The range is 1 to 10. When
mapping an outgoing field, the incoming field
you wish to map to, in the corresponding
intercompany company, must have the same
number.
Field No: The field from the chosen Record
Type you want to map. Click on the small
arrow to select from full list.
Field Caption: Is updated automatically from
the Fields No.
Validate: Specifies whether any validation
code that might exist for the incoming custom
field should be executed on update.
When done switch Company and do the setup
here as well.
